3. Exchange Process
• To initiate an exchange, customers must contact Atelier Yvette within 3 days of receiving their order.
• Once approved, items must be returned to the address provided by our team. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with the return unless the item was defective upon receipt.
4. Important Notes
• No Refunds: Atelier Yvette does not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only under the conditions outlined above.
• Final Inspection: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If an item is found to be used, damaged, or missing any components, Atelier Yvette reserves the right to reject the exchange request.
